The Machine Screen Printing Process
Every meter of fabric we produce passes through our screen-printing lines, color kitchen, and finishing systems to ensure excellent pigment quality and consistent Sanganeri character.
Design & Screen Development
Your design references or digital repeat files are analyzed. We map the pattern repeats and borders precisely, then expose them onto custom mesh printing screens (one screen per color run).
The Color Kitchen
We prepare rich, skin-safe pigment colors in our color kitchen. Our technicians match your requested color stories (pantones or swatches) with high fidelity, checking color fastness before bulk production.
Machinery Screen Printing Runs
The fabric base is fed through our heavy screen-printing machinery on long production lines. Screens are aligned and run with controlled pressure and registration, creating crisp, layered impressions across every meter.
Processing & Finishing Services
We manage the entire textile finishing pipeline in Sanganer to deliver clean, ready-to-stitch fabrics directly to your factory or boutique.
Fabric Dyeing & Pre-treatment
We wash, bleach, and pre-treat raw cotton and rayon fabric rolls to remove natural impurities. This guarantees maximum color absorption and fastness during the screen printing run.
Natural Outdoor Sun-Drying
Following the printing and steaming runs, the fabric yardage is draped across our outdoor drying yards. Drying under Jaipur's natural sun develops and locks the rich character of traditional colors.
Meticulous Batching & Inspection
Every single yard of finished fabric is rolled over our inspection tables. Our quality control team checks for color consistency, alignment, and structural defects, ensuring zero-defect packaging.
Bring your own designs to life
We collaborate closely with domestic fashion brands, independent designers, and boutique owners to create exclusive print runs. You can send us your proprietary prints, select your preferred fabric weight (cotton cambric, heavy rayon, etc.), and we will handle the rest.
1. Design Consultation
Send your fabric swatches, sketches, or digital vector repeats via WhatsApp or email. We review the repeat dimensions and color counts.
2. Screen Setup & Sampling
We build your custom screens and print a 2-meter physical sample run on your selected fabric base for you to verify colors and borders.
3. Bulk Production & Dispatch
Upon sample approval, we move into bulk machine screen printing, curing, sun-drying, quality check, batching, and secure dispatch to your doorstep.
